(a) | The congestion charge in London has improved the quality of life for Londoners. Bearing in mind our congestion related air pollution will the Council put health above wealth and develop a similar scheme in Glasgow?. |
(b) | The members of Dowanhill Tennis Club are refusing myself and my constituents applications for membership. They hope to show the club is not viable and then apply for permission to develop it. Will Development and Regeneration Services confirm they will not allow this green space to be developed? |
